It is perfectly ok to not be ready to fire walk. Fear, guilt, shame, and people pleasing are not reasons to take on something new. There is a lot of internal work that needs to be set in motion sometimes. We need to learn to love and value ourselves. That takes a lot of internal housekeeping and it takes time.
